    Managing Director
    Engaging with premier global organizations, Camile's extensive grasp of the event technology landscape facilitated digital transformations in event planning. Her expertise ranged from enhancing software to automating processes, fostering increased productivity for internal planners, management, and clients. Through her adeptness at task automation and streamlining, she alleviated time-consuming processes, offering enhanced efficiency.

    Beyond her tech and digital transformation passion, Camile is a stalwart advocate for digital marketing. She plays a pivotal role in assisting SMEs in navigating and thriving within the dynamic digital landscape.
  • Pamela Nazareth
    Head of Media & Marketing Communications
    Born and raised in the UAE, Pam is a motor head and an enthusiast who loves building brands. Straight out of graduation school she interned with ABB and had an opportunity to work with their corporate communications team on a variety of large-scale and diverse projects from rolling out new branding guidelines in the Middle East to managing an ‘F1 in Schools’ team. Having worked with a diverse team of over 25 nationalities, she believes in simple and effective messaging to reach out to the masses.

    Richard produces and advises on conferences across the technology sector, including energy, information technology and healthcare. Having worked in some of the fastest changing fields over the last decade, Richard specialises in creating environments where industry leaders can deliver the content that delegates really need.

    Originally with Reed Exhibitions, Richard has worked as a conference and exhibition producer for some of the best known event franchises in the sector, with hallmark year on year growth showing testament to his theory that successful events are produced hand-in-glove with the delegates
    and sponsors.

    Eithne is an independent professional media trainer, conference moderator and founding director of www.ETreanor.com Media based in Dubai. She provides dynamic and energetic bespoke media and presentation trainings for executives with a particular emphasis on the energy sector. Eithne has interviewed politicians, dignitaries, and high- ranking business people and has written and reported for television, radio and print publications. Her TV experience spans major international networks including ABC News, Sky News, BBC World, Bloomberg
    and CNBC Europe.

    Born and raised in the UAE, Fathima started her professional journey in the banking industry before transitioning to event management. Over two decades, she has demonstrated excellence in various sectors, such as energy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, business, and agriculture. successfully navigating both B2B and B2C event landscapes. She has worked in flagship events such as the Expo2020 as a program project manager and the 24th World Petroleum Congress as speaker manager.
    Fathima's expertise lies in speaker management, project management, content development and event marketing for conferences, exhibitions and festivals.

    Event Coordinator
    Abeeha is 25 years old and has been working as an Event Coordinator for the past two years. In her role, she is responsible for registration management, liaising with event sponsors and exhibitors, and handling media partnerships. She also oversees key logistical aspects of events, including the creation of exhibitor manuals and close coordination with suppliers.

    Paulo is an event technology professional based in Dubai, specializing in the digital and onsite delivery of large-scale conferences and international events. At NexD Experience, he manages event websites, mobile apps, and registration systems, ensuring seamless attendee journeys. He is also adept in managing speaker management processes, including abstract collection, review workflows, and programme coordination.

    Paulo works closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex event requirements into efficient, user-friendly platforms. With a strong focus on execution and user experience, he helps deliver high-quality, data-driven events.
